The flexibility of working hours depend to the culture of any individual countries . In additional, we cannot condone the environment and the richness of countries as well . For instance , Japanese people are proud to be hard work and they are full commitment for their responsibilities .So, some middle east countries people don’t like to do their responsibilities by themselves and give it to the other nationalities. Therefore, there is no rule for them to specify any working hours. There aren’t any specific hours for any individual. People are different with characters, talent, strengthen , etc….. I believe, when we can work hard why we should waste our time and staying long in bed . Man must work hard without any limitation. Doing any duty will help everybody grows up perfectly and the benefit will effect to her/his life and their society too . Besides, days would be finished fantastic when ended up with working hard . TRY IT AND LET ME KNOW THE RESAULT …:D

i often take 40 minutes commute every day .
long working hours lead to decease the productivity volume .
honesty is one of ingrained concepts for a little people.
you cannot manage without a clear vision and plans .

well, I would say that may be useful and productive spending 7and half hours at work, working 6 h and 45 mi, to have then 45 mi as spare time at work to enjoy some lunch time also a coffe break between colleagues, I think that having a good team to work is the second important thing to follow: 1st the worker needs to like and love what he does, 2nd is important to have good colleagues to share some spare time in works hours…..in this way ther would be a real team to work and to do and to get the best results

I really like this article. At my girl friend ‘s last work, her boss set her to work twelve hour for day and that take out our much time to be together. Her was tired after coming back from working and need to rest, prepared and went to work after wake up. We din’t have any minute to talk, watch TV even diner together, so I decide to take her off from that work finally.

I more prefer the normal working hours. If the working is too long and my brain will decrease the speed of doing thing. Work-force diversity must be equal, I have time for family, oneself and the work. So it will be a perfect match.

work over 40 hours is unsafe, you can fall sleep at wheels and have a traffic accident. I feel so sorry about Lee because he works too many hours at day.

The conditions of the workers have had a continuous improving over the years and nowadays they’ve reached a good level of tutelage in many countries. It’s true that a lower quantity of hour spent to work can generate a better production, but the level of the general reduction has reached a limit that could have limited effects. This consideration regards the time spent inside the factory or workroom, since it is not taken into consideration the commuting time. Nowadays the workers have a lot of free time and therefore it’s necessary to reflect over the new conditions of the worker’s life, who can have different occasions to spend his time. Somebody could be lazy and begins to be passive with bad effects on the balancing of life; some other could be iperactive and spend all time in strenuous activity and this could have negative effect over the psychophysical well being which is necessary for good productivity. As usual, it is the wisdom of the person which can assure good conditions to himself and better results to the boss.
